Delivery sequence

How a site runs with us on it

Civil work is one thing done in order. Each stage is signed off before the next covers it up.

Stage 01

Set-out and survey

We pick up the design levels, mark boundaries and batters, and confirm existing services before a machine turns a wheel.

Stage 02

Clear and bulk earthworks

Vegetation and unsuitable material come out, then cut and fill is balanced across the site to keep imported sand and cartage down.

Stage 03

Drainage and trenching

Soakwells, pits and pipe runs are laid to grade, service trenches are opened for the utility crews, and everything is checked before backfill.

Stage 04

Pavement and handover

Subbase and basecourse are placed, trimmed and compacted to level, kerbing goes in, and the site is left clean and ready for seal.
